PMM-PMM calendar abnormal - Why?

The Reason

After the PMM (Preventive Maintenance Management) calendar is generated, you should see four different colors, each representing rooms scheduled for maintenance in four different months. If you notice that the distribution is uneven or that some months have no rooms scheduled, this indicates an abnormality in the scheduling process. It's essential to ensure an even distribution across the months to maintain a balanced workload and avoid any potential gaps in maintenance coverage.


Solution! 


If adjustments are needed, you can go to the work order and change the due date of specific PMM work orders to different months individually. This allows for a more balanced distribution of maintenance tasks across the months, ensuring that the workload is evenly spread and all rooms receive timely preventive maintenance.



After making the changes, refresh the PMM calendar. The corresponding room number will then be updated to reflect the color associated with the new month. This ensures that the changes are accurately represented on the calendar.
