Energy data not displayed on Ge / Merlin

There are two possibilities:

      1. Data submission failed.

Data submission fails when the following message appears on submission. 

 

Solution for this- 

You can find the energy data file in the path specified in the information box and send it manually to   escapdataap@ihg.com. In this way, data can be submitted successfully.  

      2. Data submitted too late.

In general, data should be submitted every month before the 10th. If you submit it after the 10th, the data will be imported into GE / Merlin next month.
