Monthly Energy Data - Why is my energy data not displayed on Ge / Merlin

There are several possibilities as below:

  1.      If your data is submitted before the 10th and the system did not submit it properly, this issue might occur.

a. One of the main reasons for not being able to submit data from the system would be issues with the file export path.

So first of all, you need to create a proper file export path in the system. This ensures that the data is saved correctly and can be easily accessed for submission.

This should be done on the user's computer who submits energy data every month to ensure the correct file path is set up and the data can be consistently exported and submitted without issues.
To set up the file export path, follow these steps:
1. Log in to ESCAP with an administrator account.
2. Navigate to Setup.
3. Select System Menu.
5. Go to System Options.

Configure the File Export Path as needed for your data submission process.



a. The inability to submit data from the system is often due to email configuration issues. Ensuring that the email settings are correctly configured in the system can resolve this problem.

Here are some steps to troubleshoot and fix email configuration issues:

1. Verify Email Settings: Check the SMTP server, port number, and authentication details to ensure they are correct.

You can do this in here, 

1. Log in to ESCAP with an administrator account. 
2. Navigate to Setup.
3. Select a Table 
4. Message Protocol and select the Email SMTP


Contact IT Support: If issues persist, reach out to IT support for assistance with email configuration.

  2.     If your data is submitted after the 10th, it will be processed and exported the following month.
