Version 17

Version 17 Overview

When the current application version is upgraded with a new release, it is important to follow the below procedure;

1.  Terminate the current application session running in your devices by:

                    i.        Log out from the application

-And-

                   ii.        Close the browser

 

2.   Open a new browser window and enter the application URL correctly. E.g.: https://sampleurl.com

3.   Load the URL

4.   Click Get it to get the new version

5.   Check that the login page is showing the new version number

6.   Log-in to the application.

Push Notifications

Notification functionality will allow users to be notified in near real-time based on the notification setup per user on their device.  

Updating Routines

Users can now add, update, and delete routines from routine lists very easily. In addition, the system now allows users to copy selected routines or export routine information for auditing or comparison. Users can now mark the routines not in-use if these routines don’t need to be displayed on the operational pages.

Cost Codes

Add cost codes to labour and material costs allowing you to track the true cost of maintaining your assets

Submit Requests with multiple images

Users now have the ability to add multiple images to each request making sure those actioning the work have as much detail as possible.
