Planned Work: Quick monthly reporting on outstanding and completed jobs

To get quick monthly reporting on outstanding and completed jobs, you can use the "Planned Work Calendar." This feature allows you to see all your Planned Work activities in one place. From the "Yearly view," you can see the total number of jobs scheduled per month throughout the year. Each cell on the calendar displays the number of schedules (active /inactive based on your filter criteria chosen ) per month for a particular routine. This view is particularly useful when looking at your overall activity for the year. To access the Planned Work Calendar, follow these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to Planned Work>Calendar

Step 2: Click on the icon () against the month. It opens the planned work statistics tooltip with the related numerical and percentage values.

You can click on the icon ()  on the top right corner to filter for the required data. For instance, select "RMP-Room Maintenance" as work type, the tooltip will only show data of guest room maintenance.

The following information is displayed for the Schedules section. Assume the month is April.
