With
the allocation function (), users are able to manually allocate single or multiple
jobs to employees or contractors with automatic notifications. For the
allocated jobs, you can also re-allocate them to other employees to balance the
workload if required.
With
the print function (), users can manually print single or multiple work orders.
With
the email function (), users are able to email single or multiple jobs to multiple
employees, their supervisors and contractors to inform them about the jobs.
With
the update function (), users are able to edit any information or add
information regarding the work order with automatic notifications. For example,

The “Start and Stop Work” function allows improved
reporting and accurate job tracking.
Here are the key features:
-Your employees can Start Work to commence work on a specific job and Stop
Work on the same job without completing or updating it.
- The ‘start’ and ‘stop’
functions allow for multiple people on the same job, and multiple times on the
same job.
-If you are starting and stopping work, the actual duration of the job will be automatically updated.
- Start/stop work on a job is optional, the software will not force you to start work to update or complete the job.
With the complete function, users can complete the work order when all the work is finished.
Once the work order is completed,
-the system automatically stops all employees on this work order.
-the system automatically updates the last done date so the routine is next due at correct timeWith the cancel function, users can cancel the work order when the job will no longer be done.
Please
note that It is unable to undo it after the job got cancelled. So
Only the users in charge should be permitted to use this function responsibly.
