Planned Maintenance Schedules: Predict when routines will be due

Planned Maintenance Schedules: Predict when routines will be due

After the planned work setup, there are two areas in the system where you can predict when the routines will be due:
  1. Planned Work Calendar
  2. Report "Planned Work Schedules"
They are very useful for the Chief Engineer or Maintenance Manager as they predict when the routines will be due. This helps you to organise the required manpower, materials and contractors as they will highlight heavy periods and lighter periods of planned maintenance work.

Planned Work Calendar

Navigate to Planned Work> Calendar

The calendar has three views - Yearly, Monthly and Daily. Each view provides different information and allows for various actions to be performed.

Planned Work Schedules

Navigate to Reporting> Reports>Planned Work>Planned Work Schedules

You can create a Planned Maintenance Schedule over any date range into the future; for example next week, next quarter, next year or even many years in advance.

You can export the data to excel sheet for further analysis, download a PDF or print it out.
