Complete Jobs on Planned Work Calendar

With our planned work calendar, you can complete jobs with just a few clicks! Please note that guestroom/apartment maintenance work orders cannot be completed from the Planned Work Calendar. Here are the steps to complete jobs on the calendar:

Step 1: Navigate to Planned Work > Calendar. 

Step 2: Click on the required schedule or month. You will be directed to the Monthly view of the calendar. 

Step 3: Double click on the required item displayed on the calendar.

The colors on the calendar represent the following: 

Green – Completed jobs

Red - Incomplete & Overdue jobs

Amber - Incomplete & undue jobs 

Step 4: On the open window, switch to the Action tab. 

Step 5: Fill in the necessary information and click the save icon ().

Once the job is completed, it will appear in green on the calendar.
