Question

The user wish to change the password, the employee has an email address however does not receive the recovery password via email.

 Examine

  1. Check whether email settings are properly setup
  2. Check whether the employee has the correct email. 


If all the above settings are completed however still undelivered. 
This could be th e user does not have the right to change the password. 


T o allow the user to change the password in the system.
