User account - FAQs (e.g. reset password / activate / de-activate / log in credential expired / incorrect user name or password)



Login information

 
The reason for this error is:

In order to protect the information security of the hotel, the password is valid for 90 days.

The system will prompt the user to change the password 15 days before the password expires.





Reason: This information indicates that your account is locked. The reasons are as follows.

 

1. Your password has expired.

2. You have exceeded the maximum limit of password error (up to 6 times).

3. Your user name is invalid.

 

Solution: Please contact the hotel administrator to activate your account.
