Labour Costs

Labour costs can be added directly to each skill so that the true cost of a job can be captured. 

Each employee should be set up with a primary skill and each skill should have an hourly rate associated with it. Please note that this configuration must be completed on desktop and is not available on mobile.

To set up or check the primary skill of each employee account navigate to Admin > Configuration > Employees

You can view and update all employees to their primary skill in the row or add additional skills to each employee at the bottom left of the window.



Once all employees have a skill/s associated with them, the next step is to add an hourly rate to each skill. To do this, Navigate to Admin > Skills

Each skill can have a normal hourly rate, time and half rate, double rate and charge rate. 



When completing the job you can select which rate applies - this can be done on both desktop and mobile.



On mobile, this can be achieved under the Actual Cost section of the complete work window. To make any edits, use the three dots next to the skill/employee
