Submit Request Preferences

The system provides two navigation preferences to submit new work request. Icon Navigation (enabled by default) or Quick Submit.

Icon Navigation allows you to navigate through icons to locate the asset requiring maintenance. Quick Submit allow you to search for the asset without navigating through icons.

To enable Quick Submit:

1. Navigate to user preference

2. Select Requests (Desktop mode only)

3. Enable Quick Submit - Yes
