Report for recurring Issues/Work order Description
This report aims to provide an overview of recurring issues encountered over a specified period. Identifying these recurring issues is crucial for streamlining maintenance operations, improving guest satisfaction, and optimizing resource allocation.
To help in identifying such frequent issues refer a report "Work History - Top 10 by Work Order Description".
This report summarizes the top 10 recurring issues or Work order descriptions, along with the total number of times each Issue occurred.
To access the report, simply go to Reporting>Reports>Work History tab.
Select "Guest Rooms" as the Asset Register if you want the report for only the guest room recurring issues.
Once you've opened the report, you can export it to Excel, download a PDF or print it.
For information about categories or areas of recurring issues, refer to the report called "Work History - Top 10 by Work Request Category".
