How to reschedule a planned work order？
Unable to complete your planned Maintenance as planned?
1. Drag and drop the planned work order in the same month.
On the Monthly View page, you can choose the planned work order, drag the planned work order and drop it to the date you want to reschedule.2. Reschedule the planned work order for another month one by one.

Open Date View by clicking the
icon.
2.2 Double-click the planned work order that you want to reschedule.
2.3
Choose Rescheduling, then click
the icon to edit the rescheduled date.
2.4 Select the rescheduled date and save.
2.5 Follow up the notifications from the system to reschedule the planned work orders.
Note:
Apply to this occurrence only – Only change this planned work schedule time.
Apply to series – Change this planned work routine according to the rescheduled date.
3. Reschedule the planned work order for another month in bulk.
3.1 In Month View, choose Rescheduling
3.2
Find the planned work orders
you want to reschedule and click the icon.
3.3 Select the date you want to reschedule and save.
3.4 Follow up the notifications from the system to reschedule the planned work orders.
Note:
Apply to this occurrence only – Only change this planned work schedule time.
Apply to series – Change this planned work
routine according to the rescheduled date.
