Accessing the To -Do List page has been moved underneath the new “Welcome” menu item. The To-Do List page has not had significant changes in this release.

Importing sub-assets for a parent asset now works when the sub-asset does not contain a description.
After importing assets, the system no longer creates an empty Excel sheet

Creating a new work request
It is now possible to search for request descriptions in Icon Navigation without selecting any icon
Searching request descriptions is now case-insensitive which means it no longer matters if you type in UPPER case or lowercase
QR Code / Barcode scanning window is larger to more easily scan codes
On all Android phones, it is now easier to take a photo while creating a new work request (no longer need to take the photo first and then choose from the gallery).
Mobile Request Inbox
Now shows Additional Information directly on the List page
Mobile Offline Mode
Corrected an issue where off-line functionality was disabled, off-line work requests has been restored and working correct once again for submitting requests, viewing inbox requests, sent requests, completing requests, and updating requests in offline mode.
Support for offline mode for the following items remains in development add/edit/delete contractors when updating and completing, start and stop work requests.
Automatic Allocation Notifications without a user account
When work requests are automatically allocated to an employee without a user account, all notifications are now correctly sent.
Mobile – Inbox Requests
Now correctly sorts by Allocated To and shows requests without a Requester Department. This can occur when a request is created via the Service Centre page.

The employee name drop-down list is now sorted alphabetically
Functions for Allocate and Re-allocate work requests in bulk have been corrected when selecting more than 20 work requests

Fixed an issue when showing images on a work requests that were saved via ‘drag and drop’
When editing a Work Request,

Planned Work Calendar now shows if the first ‘page’ of assets is linked to routines with a type of ‘standard’.

Login
To improve security and encourage user images, the user image has been removed from the login page.
Email with User Information
The initial email to a new user which contains the user name and password has been updated from "Your login credentials have been shared below" to “Your login credential is below”.
Change Password
The Change Password function is now directly accessible from the avatar icon (top right) and the screen design is improved by showing the password policy rules on the page
My Preferences
My Preferences (user preferences) page has a new tab called “Planned Work Print” and this clearly shows which areas of the Planned Work Orders will be printed.
Synchronize Data
Synchronize Data page has been added which describes the synchronize data process – this is necessary when changing settings or data and using Sidekick on mobile platforms.

Simplified login messages for the user
Password policy icon has been moved and easier to read and understand
Warning message regarding password expiry now only shows for users with temporary passwords.
Users
User List: now only shows the “SSO Enabled” column for an SSO-enabled site.
Add User: all mandatory fields are now clearly in a red underline

Request Descriptions
Fixes relating to translations and escalation duration have been corrected
93 standard descriptions have been slightly adjusted to standardize the description by adjusting spacing, commas and formatting
Improved the encryption of data at rest for better security. Data in transit has always been encrypted.
ESCAP name, logo and orange colour has been replaced with the Sidekick name, logo and colours.
