To do the random inspection on Rooms Check:
1. Click on Planned Work from the top menu and select Rooms Check (this menu is only available if you are a Super Administrator or if your login account has permission to this screen).
2. The Period displays four-month periods of the year. Changing the period and the Year will show all guest rooms that have had their maintenance completed for the selected period.
3. You will see a list of all guest rooms that have had their Rooms completed in the current period, the date done, the person who did, the number of times the room has previously been examined in the 10% Engineer’s Check, the number of items repaired, and the number of completed requests.
4. Use the # Times Previously Checked column to assist you in selecting which rooms to perform your 10% check on for this period.
5. For each guest room that has been inspected and you want to contribute toward the necessary 10% checked , tick the box named "Checked"
6. As you select (or clear) you will see the values at the top of the screen update with new information. The objective is to inspect and then tick as many guest rooms as necessary to obtain 10%.
7. Once you have made any changes to this screen click the Save icon.
