The Asset Details page has been re-designed for easier access to important information. Features now include…
- Summary section at the top with common asset information such as location, condition and photo
- Additional tabs for Outstanding work requests and planned work and Complete work requests and planned work
- Edit button to quickly make changes to the asset

With QR Codes attached to your assets, you
can now use your phone to quickly.
- Lookup any asset’s information via scanning the QR Code
- See the full asset information, including photos and documentation
- Review the outstanding work and complete work information on this asset, and sub-assets of this asset
- For outstanding work, action the work request or planned work order
In Icon Navigation (change settings in User Preferences), you can now search on the Request/Defect Category page. This means if you already know the job, just start typing to quickly find the request description and create new work requests.
The search is now case-insensitive which means UPPER case and lower case searches will return all matches.
The list page now shows Additional Information directly without having to open the request.
The list of employee names now shows the number of not complete allocated work requests and not complete allocated planned work for each person.
If Work Requests are completed in error or accidentally, you can now re-open a completed work request.

Click the re-open button
Enter a reason, and click Yes.
The Work Request status will change to “In Progress” and the work request will appear on the Action List page and Mobile Request Inbox page once again.
It’s now easier and faster to action planned work on both Desktop and Mobile platforms with re-designed Planned Work Detail, Update and Complete pages.
The pages all have important information in the new Summary section at the top of the page.
The updated Recent Work tab, now clearly lists completed and not complete work requests and planned work, with drill-down features to action these jobs (click or tap the job).
When Planned Work contains tasks, its now mandatory to select which tasks are completed prior to completing the work order.
On a Rooms Maintenance work order, it’s now easier to select tasks requiring additional work
When a task on a Planned Work Rooms Maintenance work order is selected as “Work Request Required” (on both Desktop and Mobile), it’s now easier to create the new work request so it can be allocated and actioned.
1. Select the Priority
2. Click the Select Request Description button and choose the defect from the list
3. Click the Green tick to create new work requests
Month Summary information has been enhanced to show information more clearly.
1. Select the 3 lines (hamburger) next to the month name (for example April 2025)
2. The Month Summary will appear
3. Hover the mouse over the words on the screen for a more detailed description.
Updated summary statistics now appear for each month.
For past months:
The number of Completed planned work and Due planned work in that month
For the current month:
The number of Completed planned work and Scheduled planned work in that month
For future months:
The number of scheduled planned work in that month
Improved Filter options including Save as Default now available.
Updated calculations and labels for Rooms Due, Rooms Completed, Rooms Cancelled, Rooms Outstanding and Rooms without Planned Work.
All configuration and setup pages (other than planned work routines) are now centralized into a single page, making it easier to find the area you want.

Sidekick now supports integrated work requests between BPN and Sidekick. New work requests created in BPN and sent to Sidekick, and when a work request is actioned in Sidekick it is returned to BPN.
