Stock - common reports (e.g. inventory usage / Inventory Valuation / Inventory Balance)

Stock related reports are located in report > report > Stock section. The report contains summary view and details view, which can also be exported to Excel for further analysis.





Total Stock cost: the report displays the total value of in stock parts as of the selected date.

Stock balance quantity: the report displays the balance quantity of in stock parts as of the selected date.

Stock history report by requisition type / Department: This report shows the total stock usage of job requisitions and planned jobs, classified by requisition type and department. From the report, users can learn a variety of information, such as: how many parts were used in a certain period of time, how much money was spent, where or on the list, the most used parts, etc.
