Hotel Log Overview

The Hotel Log serves as a tailored tool for capturing details relating to guest concerns and feedback within your hotel. This module allows you to easily document and store information associated to a specific guest or employee and will form an integral part of your duty managers log and hotel operations.

The hotel log has two main views.
      1. The Dashboard which shows the number of items in each status group along with when they were recorded up to the 3 months
      2. The list view which shows a list of all items based on the filters recorded. 

When setting up your Hotel Log you will need to create
1. Issue Types - Create a list of possible guest feedback and or issues
2.Resolution Types  - Create a list of the possible resolutions for each of the above issue types
3. Individual alerts - You can use the individual alerts to notify specific employees when an item is logged
4. Group Alerts - Instead of an individual alert you might want to notify a group of employees, use group alerts to create group notifications. 

The Hotel log will record all changes made to a record so you have full history of when an item was added, acknowledge by the duty manager, edited and resolved.
