Adding A New User

To add a new user account: 

1 Go to Setup>Users and click Add User icon. 

2 Complete the fields.

If the User is going to be assigned work (especially for the engineering team), it is required to link an employee to the user account. Otherwise, users won't be able to action jobs in the system.
